What You'll Do

• Lead comprehensive deployment and integration of FairMind platform across customer engineering ecosystems, working hand-in-hand with client teams to architect resilient, streamlined workflows and cultivate enduring strategic partnerships.
• Serve as the principal technical advisor for customer initiatives, regularly conducting on-site visits to accelerate platform adoption, address sophisticated engineering obstacles, and minimize customer implementation timelines.
• Deliver agile solutions to evolving customer requirements, including seamless system integrations, diagnosing and resolving critical technical issues across varied technology stacks, and pioneering creative applications of FairMind to address unique customer challenges.
• Gain comprehensive insight into customer applications and create the necessary tools and resources to facilitate their scalable expansion.
• Function as a strategic liaison between customers and internal divisions including Product, Engineering, Sales and Operations, converting customer insights into concrete product enhancements and collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to execute these improvements with speed and precision.
• Maintain expertise in emerging software development methodologies, frameworks, and technologies to position FairMind as an industry leader in engineering automation and artificial intelligence.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 years of practical software development expertise with command of contemporary programming languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.)
• Solid grounding in development methodologies combined with authentic passion for exploring AI-enhanced development tools and approaches
• Proven ability to rapidly master emerging technologies, programming paradigms, and software engineering best practices
• Advanced troubleshooting capabilities, including swift identification, analysis, and resolution of technical obstacles in client-facing environments
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with documented success in fostering productive collaborations with both technical and business stakeholders
• Educational and advocacy expertise with drive to champion innovative development methodologies to clients and the wider developer ecosystem
• Insatiable curiosity for learning and commitment to constant advancement, both in personal capabilities and product value delivery. Must demonstrate initiative, self-direction, and ability to excel in a dynamic, rapidly-evolving startup culture.

Nice-to-Have

• Relevant experience with enterprise software implementations or technical consulting roles
• Previous use of generative AI tools (Cursor, IntelliJ IDEA, GitHub Copilot, Visual Studio, Roo Code, etc.) in development workflows
• Background in developer relations, technical evangelism, or community building
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and modern development methodologies
• Experience with enterprise B2B environments and software factory operations

This is a full remote work position. Our offices are located in Milan and Rome, Italy.
