A prompt-driven multi-agent Generative AI orchestrator that recommends commercial offers to consumer customers across outbound channels. The system analyzes each customer, finding the best sequence of offers over the next four weeks based on their features and marketing strategies. Multiple specialized LLM agents, each focused on different product categories, generate relevant offer candidates for each customer. A central coordinator agent consolidates and ranks these proposals and also decides which communication channel to use to contact the customer for each offer.
