Care Lingua is a secure, multilingual AI platform that helps patients access and understand medical records - through voice or text. Healthcare providers can integrate it into existing patient portals or deploy it as a standalone solution. Patients can use Care Lingua via a mobile app, telecom call-in number or a web widget on a provider’s website. After phone or app-based authentication, users can view records already available through the portal or upload/scan documents directly.
